The PHOENICIAN Necklace features an array of multicolored glass stones, each hand-painted with a variety of patterns and ancient Phoenician symbols. The fine Phoenician beads, made from molded green glass, showcase a concentric design adorned with blue applied polychrome glass bosses. Some earthly encrustation and red paste used to attach the bead’s decor are visible, emphasizing the necklace’s authenticity. Glass beads were among the first glass products produced in Mesopotamia during the late third millennium BC.
